Legend of the Galactic Heroes: Rondo of War is an all new simulation game where you aim for the top by defeating powerful enemies. Players choose to join either the Galactic Empire or the Free Planets Alliance and throw themselves into the battle for space. Upgrade your arsenal, join epic fights, and race for the top! Charge into the fray against huge enemy forces and collect battleships—the choice is yours! Join our heroes in a new chapter of galactic history. The game is scheduled to be released in 2023.

What is Legend of the Galactic Heroes?
Legend of the Galactic Heroes is a novel series written by the award winning author Yoshiki Tanaka. The first volume was published in November 1982 and ran for five years until July 1989.
Thousands of years in the future, two heroes flew in like comets amidst the endless war. This epic novel depicts the history of the galaxy on a grand scale, centering on the battle between our fated heroes. It was featured in the 1988 animated feature My Conquest is the Sea of Stars. 2022 marks the 40 years since the book was published.
Two 4K remastered versions will be coming soon to theaters: Legend of the Galactic Heroes: My Conquest is the Sea of Stars (December 30, 2022) and Legend of the Galactic Heroes: Overture to a New War (January 13, 2023).
